I would just like to thank Dave and his team for all there efforts and hard work. I was highly recommended DJE Guttering & Roofing from a work colleague, after I’d been given the runaround and no replies by several other local company’s. Dave came out to look at our leaking roof. He was very knowledgeable and showed us photos and videos of the condition of our roof. He advised us that a roof repair would be a waste of money and that our roof was beyond economical repair. We went ahead with the work and from the start Dave and his team were polite, punctual and professional. They respected our home and left it clean and tidy We are really happy with our new roof including fascia’s and guttering. Guttering work undertaken at front of house... Extremely professional and thorough job done. Work completed to a high standard, kept me fully informed before, during and after the job, arrived when arranged (both for initially looking at the work needing done and then when job was being done) and tidied up thoroughly once job was complete (I actually think the garden was CLEANER after Dave was finished!). Friendly, honest, punctual, great communication, high standard of work done, cleaned up afterwards... an all round great job. Would 100% recommend, no question at all. Dave has been fantastic... he came out at short notice, immediately spotted a problem that another roofer had totally missed, and charged me very reasonably for getting it sorted. Excellent service, quoted first with pictures. I had options, a cheaper or or proper job. I went for doing right. The chimney brest was leaking due to a poor repair in the past. So the chimney was re-pointed, and new lead fashing applied. Guttering cleaned & also resecured a down pipe bracket. Also replaced a cracked roof tile. Pictures sent afterwards, job done.
